4.1 Product Range

• Swimwear & Beachwear: Athletic Swimwear, Bikinis, Beach Cover Ups, Caftans.
• Sleepwear & Loungewear: Chemise, Babydoll, Camisoles, Bodysuits.

We strive to present product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible via photography and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

4.2 Product Availability & Hygiene

All items are subject to availability. To ensure hygiene and safety for all our guests:

• All Swimwear (including Bikinis and Athletic Swimwear) and Brief Panties are considered final sale if their specific hygiene seals are broken or removed. We advise trying on such items over your own undergarments.
• Personalized/Custom items are also final sale.

5. Orders and Payment Terms

5.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

5.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway providers.

5.3 Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia as determined by our carriers.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is integral to these Terms. Key conditions include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must first contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Non-Returnable Items: As listed in Section 4.2 (Swimwear, breached hygiene seal items, custom items, damaged/misused items).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original standard shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Her Room US or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. • Any products purchased or obtained through the website, including but not limited to damages resulting from product misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
